All advertisers must agree they are the sole owner of any photos or videos they submit to us and the photos or videos are neither "fakes" nor "stock" photography / videography. ** We ask our advertisers for a picture with the initial N.A.S written on paper . They must have there face showing , so we can verify them . We wont verify heavily doctored photos . There escort pictures must be sent to us separatly with there full face on so we can confirm its them . We destroy those pictures after verification . They must be the same as there profile pictures ( as the ones on there profiles may be blurred ). The advertisers are sending us the undoctored ones for our eyes only . Anyone who abuses the verification process and changes photos to mislead clients are subjected to a warning (1st time ) , then a 7 day picture (2nd ) ban then a 30 day picture ban (3rd). No monies will be refunded . Continual abuse will result in a permement ad ban . Multiple profiles are allowed as long its the same as the original(name and stats) and placed in a different city/town. (xtra charges apply) Multiple profiles are not allowed if the escort changes name and stats in the same area . This we class as duping clients . This is not allowed . Above and beyond the guidelines set out in the Obscene Publications Act (UK), all advertisements must comply with our copy guidelines. *** We aim for 99+% uptime but we cannot be held responsible if this is changed due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure our hosting is very reliable. All material supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's advertisements will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where client content is determined unfit by us. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where we feel a client's content may be dishonest, infringing copyright or contrary to UK law or our own copy guidelines. C J designs and Seo can accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by error or inaccuracy in the publication or omission of any advertisement. The client is solely responsible for any liability arising out of publication of any advertisement. We take no responsibility for the outome on any escort appointments .
